What's Included?

• Handover Consultations
  We’ll have a comprehensive handover consultation six weeks prior to your wedding to dive into your plans, gather all the details, and understand your vision so I can be brought  up to speed.

• Wedding Day Itinerary
  I’ll create a bespoke wedding day itinerary and schedule, as well as floorplan, covering all aspects of your day – From timelines, to supplier arrivals and collections, to key moments and key contacts, covering every detail from setup to your final farewell, so everything flows flawlessly.

• Supplier Coordination
  Two weeks before your wedding, I’ll connect with all your suppliers and venue to create a supplier list with contact details as well as reconfirm everyone is aligned on arrangements, timelines, services, and final payments. I’ll be the main point of contact for your suppliers, ensuring everyone is clear on timings and set-up requirements. No detail is overlooked.

• Final walk-through
  I’ll visit your venue with you to confirm layouts and logistics.

• Setup and Décor Management
  On your wedding day, I’ll oversee the setup, ensuring the venue layout, table arrangements (like place cards & favours), décor and those all important personal touches reflect your exact vision.

• Day-of Coordination
  From assisting with the bridal party’s entrance to guiding guests, to managing suppliers, to liaising with the venue team, to troubleshooting any unexpected issues - I’ll be the calm and steady presence behind the scenes, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time and everything runs smoothly and on schedule, so you can focus on celebrating. If your spaces need to be transformed between events, we’ll manage the turnaround seamlessly.

• Evening wrap-up & Closing the day
  I’ll remain on-site until the key moments like cake cutting and first dance are complete. Then once the celebrations wind down, I’ll oversee the pack-down process and ensure all personal items, gifts, and decorations are taken care of. 

• Dedicated Support
  I’ll be there from the start to the finish. Think of me as your wedding day sidekick – always on hand to troubleshoot, offer support, and ensure you’re fully immersed in the joy of your day.
