  I’ll begin with a detailed consultation to discuss your wedding vision, ideal dates, style preferences, concepts, priorities, inspiration and budget, ensuring I understand what’s most important to you as a couple. 

Once booked, you’ll have access to a private online folder, equipped with everything you need to stay organised; budgets, timelines, payment schedules, checklists, guest management tools, and more.

• Venue Search & Selection
  Whether you envision a luxury manor, a marquee in scenic grounds, or an elegant city space, I’ll present a shortlist of suitable venue options that are tailored to your style, location and budget. I will liaise with the venue on your behalf to ensure they meet your requirements and also handle negotiations and arrange site visits (with you or on your behalf).

• Budget Management
  First I’ll create your draft budget based on realistic costing estimates without exceeding your overall ideal budget. Then throughout the planning process 

I’ll update and maintain a realistic budget to reflect supplier quotations, providing guidance on where to allocate funds while ensuring you remain on track financially, and adding payment schedules when suppliers are booked. 

• Comprehensive Planning Schedule
  I will create a customised planning timeline to keep us on schedule and to show which elements of your planning will be looked at each month from the start, right up to your wedding day. The Month-by-month checklist will outline tasks, decisions, supplier schedules and deadlines, so you know what you need to focus on and what decisions need to be made. Ensuring a steady and stress-free approach to your wedding planning.

I don’t have any complicated planning systems - all planning documents will be sent via Google Drive

• Supplier Research, Sourcing & Management
  Each supplier will be carefully selected to align with your personalities, vision, and budget. I’ll present you with options so you can choose the supplier whose work excites you and who you feel you connect with the most. I only ever provide suppliers who I know will meet the high standards and who I have a relationship with or who’ve been recommended to me. I will assist with contracts, appointments and manage communications to ensure a seamless collaboration throughout.

• Guest Management
  From tracking RSVPs to assisting with guest inquiries, I’ll ensure everyone feels welcome, is well taken care of and informed. Additional support for seating plans, dietary needs, or wedding website setup is also included.

• Wedding Logistics & Timeline
  I’ll handle all logistical details, from floor plans and run sheets to coordinating with your venue and suppliers. A comprehensive wedding day timeline will keep everyone aligned and ensure a seamless flow throughout the day. Closer to your wedding day we will have a final site visit with you and your venue to discuss every detail and run through your wedding timeline to enable us to coordinate your day seamlessly.

• Creative Design
  After our initial consultation I’ll start with mood boards to show a general overview of your wedding vision whilst capturing your desired aesthetic and then refine the details from there. From florals and stationery to tablescapes and lighting, I’ll work closely with you and key suppliers to create a cohesive, stunning design that reflects your love story. Once your wedding design brief is complete I will source all hire items and components to execute this. I will manage the full set up and styling of your wedding and the breakdown as well.

• Wedding Day Coordination
  On the day itself, I’ll be present to manage and oversee every detail, from setup to breakdown, ensuring your wedding vision has been executed perfectly and runs seamlessly with us discreetly managing your day behind the scenes. I’ll be the main point of contact for suppliers, yourselves and guests, throughout the day. Relax and cherish every unforgettable moment with your loved ones, knowing your wedding is in the most capable hands.

• Unlimited Communication & Support
  From the moment you book, I’ll be available for unlimited communication via WhatsApp, email, or calls. I’ll provide reassurance and guidance every step of the way. Regular meetings via video calls or face to face catch ups can also be arranged to discuss wedding plans and keep everything on track. 

I understand you may feel every emotion or irrational thought during the planning. Please be assured I’ll be there every step of the way to offer my support and guidance and will be your sounding board and friend throughout.

A response time within 24 hours during the week is my promise to you. This may be a little longer over the weekends however I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. I am Whatsapp friendly - whichever works for you. 

Investment

Our Full Wedding Planning, Design & Coordination service is tailored to the scale and complexity of your wedding. I only take on a handful of full planning weddings each year, which allows me the time to give you the best planning experience possible, making sure every couple gets the most out of my time.

You can expect an investment between 10-15% of your overall wedding budget, depending on the complexity and requirements of your wedding, with a minimum fee of £5,000 applying.​

Additional charges may apply for travel and accommodation, depending on your wedding location.
